Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions pertain and concern all our services. Below terms and conditions may be changed according to the need.

1. Reservation

  • All reservations should be made by filling the Registration Form in person at our office or sending a request by email.
  • Our staff will contact you upon receipt of any request.
  • Please ensure filling the Registration Form with booking details (product, number of participants, dates, etc.)
  • Reservations that are not followed by a confirmation within 2 working days will be automatically cancelled.
  • Cancellations or changes may be subject to penalties depending on suppliers’ policy that will be communicated to client during booking process.

2. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations must be communicated by e-mail or by regular mail.

The general conditions for cancellation and no show policies of each provider are applied based on the product guidelines enclosed in the original offer and quotation.

We highly advise you carefully check the cancellation, payment policies you are engaging with before any booking arrangements.

3. Payment

  • The following methods of payment are accepted:
    • Credit Card (Payments by credit card are subject to 2% extra charge per person on total amount)
    • Bank Transfer
    • Cheque
    • Cash
    • Points Redemption

4. General Information

  • The prices listed in our offers are calculated according to economic conditions, airfares, insurance rates and all included products.

  • For reasons including unstable political situations, or health hazards, or climate conditions, or economic considerations prices can change without prior notice.
  • Every individual is required to have his personal documentation and identification papers on them the entire time of travel.

5. Confidentiality

  • At HT&T , we highly respect your privacy : any data provided by the client to HT&T is kept confidential.

6. Complaints

  • If a client wishes to submit a complaint or claim with regards to the services provided by HT&T , they should submit their comments to one of HT&T representatives.

7. Cancellation Insurance

The purpose of this type of travel insurance is to reimburse travelers for their insured pre-paid and non-refundable trip costs if they have to cancel their trip due to a covered reason. The covered reasons vary by provider and plan, but depending on the plan, these might include:

  • Accidental injury, sickness, or death of you, a traveling companion or a family member.
  • Weather events that cause cancellations in travel plans or a cessation of service.
  • Mandatory evacuation ordered by local authorities at your destination due to hurricane or other natural disaster.
  • Strike that causes complete cessation of travel services of your carrier.
  • Bankruptcy and/or default of your travel supplier.
  • Terrorist attacks that occur in your destination city.
  • You or your traveling companion are terminated, or laid off from employment.

This type of travel insurance has become quite popular over the years with leisure travelers given the high cost of vacations. Businesses often take out travel insurance policies on their employees, as they’re aware of the potentially high cost of a trip cancellation as compared to the relatively low cost of trip cancellation insurance coverage.
